Online Advertising Sales Manager

Our advertising clients range from to large corporations in the banking, insurance and telecom industry to small service providers in the expat segment.

We’re looking for a Madrid-based advertising sales manager to continue the company's expansion within the CPM-based display and advertorial business. The ideal candidate should be aggressive, ambitious and able to grow in a highly entrepreneurial environment. If this description fits you, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pursue and generate leads for your sales pipeline
• Target and develop new accounts
• Maintain effective, revenue-generating relationships with your clients by establishing appropriate expectations and delivering to them
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Basic requirements (Musts)

• Absolute fluency in English (written and spoken), additional languages a plus
• Strong communication skill to convey creative advertising opportunities
• Self-motivated, results-focused and with a proven ability to close deals
• EU citizenship or work permit

Desired skills (Pluses)

• Previous telephone based sales experience and/or experience in online advertising sales
• Proven ability to exceed sales quotas
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
