Pharmacovigilance Support Specialist – Gain Excellent Experience

An exciting global biotech company is currently looking to recruit a Pharmacovigilance Support Specialist. As Pharmacovigilance Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Administration of incoming individual case safety reports (post marketing) and safety reports from clinical trials (AE reports following our standard operating procedures)
• Filing and archiving of the safety and AE reports and all other Pharmacovigilance documents
• Initial entry of the AE and safety reports into the safety database
• Tracking and reconciling safety and AE reports
• Supports the Head and Managers of the Pharmacovigilance Team
• Cooperation and communications with our world-wide based local pharmacovigilance responsible persons and external service providers
• Responsible for the organisation of business meetings incl. protocol writing
• Responsible for the organisation of business travel incl. travel expense accounting
• General administrative responsibilities

Successful applicants will have previous experience in Pharmacovigilance within the Healthcare industry. Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of German is extremely desirable.
