My client a global Pharmaceutical Giant is searching for a SIEBEL SYSTEMS MANAGER

You will be responsible for the operations, maintenance and development of the Siebel system for Europe.
This includes
Relating to Customer...
* Understand current and planned new business processes and their requirements for services
* Develop an understanding of business, customer and user strategies, plans, business needs and objectives
* Raise the awareness of the business benefits to be gained from the exploitation of new technology
* Facilitate the development and negotiation of appropriate, achievable and realistic SLAs with the business
Relating to Process...
* Ensure that existing services meet their service targets, that planned new services meet their timescales, and that targets are realistic and achieved and identify new service requirements to existing systems and services
Relating to System...
* Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the Siebel system
* Responsible for the strategic management of system lifecycle and performance
* Responsible for System Advisory Board meetings
* Plan for new releases and ensure proper development and management of releases
* Managing the system budget & Software license management
* Produce system specific reports with corrective actions if applicable, that are subsequently reviewed with the relevant customers
* Maintain a register of all outstanding service and system improvements and enhancements.
* Plan, conduct and follow-up on System Advisory Board and Customer Advisory board meetings
* Ensure proper monitoring and reporting on system performance according to predefined KPIs
Relating to Team...
* Manage a team of internal / external consultants (10/15)
* Ensure that team members are engaged
* Drive motivation initiatives to ensure successful system management
