Trainer and Educational Specialist in Medical Devices

Responsibilities
Planning and Execution of Education Tools and Strategies by:
* providing customer education to ensure customers (physicians, nurses and technicians) understand company products, clinical benefits, new diagnostic and therapeutic opportunities with high quality standards.
* developing a network of Key Opinion Leader in order to be able to collaborate in the development, maintenance and delivery of peer-to-peer training programs.
* building relationships and work with the Eastern European distributors and therapy specialists.
* assessing customer educational needs in conjunction with marketing managers, therapy specialists to ensure alignment of customer courses curriculum with the business objectives.
* developing education plans that support certification requirements for field representatives to meet internal requirements and update program contents to reflect current product offering and marketing objectives.
* coordinate development and distribution of educational materials. Provide opportunities for educators to learn how to use these educational materials
* determine workshop and presentation equipment needs, integrate new technologies as they become available, and provide advice regarding equipment use and maintenance.
Requirements:
Degree in Life-science, preferably in combination with another relevant, advanced degree
* Knowledge of cardiac surgery and related therapies.
* Teaching skills for internal and external audiences
* Advanced planning and organizational skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent command of English and fluency in Russian.
