Dutch or Flemish and French Customer Service/ Technical Supp

Company: Our client is a major US technology company that has been developing their suite of software for over 25 years. They have their Swiss head office in Basel, Switzerland and are now hiring Flemish and Dutch speakers to support their clients in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Role: As a member of the Dutch and Flemish team you will support calls, emails and client requests from customers in The Netherlands and Belgium. The role is a mix of customer service and technical support.

Skills: The ideal candidate will speak native level Flemish or Dutch and French plus good English. Ideally you will possess customer service, sales or it support skills having dealt with customers in a business or consumer environment.
