Finance Process Manager

Our Client, a leading Agrochemicals manufacturer, seeks a Finance Process Manager In this role you will partner with business stakeholders to develop and implement standardized best practice policies, procedures, controls and guidelines in the finance area. You will also ensure continuous improvements in processes to achieve effectiveness and efficiency through streamlining and new technologies. More responsibilities are: • Key member of the governance structure which has design authority over the Finance Accounting-To-Reporting processes • As the global process lead, define best practice global finance processes by engaging with regional and country Subject Matter Experts and external specialists • Identify improvement opportunities within Finance processes ( both internal and outsourced) • Coordinate the process improvement program both within - Company and with the BPO provider and manage selected subprojects in person • Engage with regional and country stakeholders to drive change and manage the level of change through the Company organization • Participate in cross functional subprojects involving the development and implementation/modification of processes and tools that support end to end processes and contribute as a subject matter expert • Design own processes and control documentation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company SOX guidelines • Ensure appropriate involvement of and communication to stakeholders • Propose annual process improvement program to the Company Finance Process Steering Group and obtain approval of initiatives
