Our Client, an international Agrochemical Manufacturer, seeks a Global Head Business Acumen Programs In our global People & Organizational Development Centre of Expertise, we are focusing on achieving global standards of excellence in the way we attract, retain and develop people at Company. In order to enhance Company’s leadership capabilities within all functions, the Learning & Development team is looking for a Global Head Business Acumen Programs. • Design and implement global business learning and development opportunities • Introduce state of the art blended learning and business simulations to business learning opportunities • Provide training and development counsel, coaching and consulting that enable managers to turn business strategy into business practice. • Research best practices and ensure integration of findings into Company Learning interventions • Coordinate roll-out of learning opportunities with the regions • Provide strategic learning direction for all learning functions • Create a Learning & Development (L&D) platform where best practice sharing can take place • Support the Head of Learning & Development and his team in building a high quality L&D capability within Company • Provide internal consulting to support Company leaders’ individual, team and organizational development needs
