Global Technical Manager - Seed Care / Insecticide

Our Client, a leading agrochemicals manufacturer, seeks a Global Technical Manger - Seed Care / Insecticide • To develop, communicate and implement Global Development and Technical Business Support Strategies for selected parts of Seed Care • To support the Marketing of Seed Treatments (mainly in Insecticide projects of Seed Care) in technical matters important to design and implement a successful growth strategy for Seed Care. • To align with other R&D functions to assure innovation and delivery of development projects • To liaise to some of our current and future customers and influencers (COI's) for technical matters in Seed Care. • To be the technical responsible for selected projects in Seed Care mainly in the area of insecticide projects • To drive complex projects in an international and multifunctional environment. • To develop creative and technical sound products and services that help create marketing edge in a highly competitive business environment.
