Our client, a leading Agrochemicals manufacturer, seeks an HR Manager As HR Manager you will ensure for a Swiss based client group the operational management of key HR processes such as recruitment, development, retention and leaving of employees. Besides this you will cooperate with your client group with regard to annual processes such as performance management, compensation reviews and succession planning and you will act as business partner in organisational change initiatives and in other projects.
