Our Client, a leading Agrochemical manufacturer, seeks a Head of Succession Management & Diversity This is a specialist role, responsible for the way in which we manage succession, conduct talent reviews, apply career path principles to make talent flow through the pipelines, and promote diversity in leadership. As an expert role, it is expected to represent leading edge thinking on each of these topics. Our function as a Center of Expertise in the company is to establish standards, processes, programs, principles, and practices, and ensure that these are effectively and consistently implemented for impact across the organization. • Own the succession management, career management, and diversity topics • Design new programs or modify existing ones to ensure maximum effectiveness (e.g. a career pathing framework, talent review process) • Provide consultancy support to Business Partners and Leaders in implementation of programs • Ensure rich dialog takes place on talent in talent reviews, and high quality decisions are made on leadership (incorporating strategic challenges such as diversity) • Co-own together with Regional Talent Managers a specific group of talents (aiming point is the Senior Management Group) and drive their development across Businesses and Functions • Ensure through link to leadership development and strategic recruitment initiatives that talent management initiatives are coherent with overall direction • Establish and coordinate/moderate the Diversity working group establishing in-house shared intelligence on this topic
