Organization Design Catalyst

Our client, a leading Agrochemicals manufacturer, seeks an Organization Design Catalyst • Develop and own a methodology for organization design • Identify Company opportunities to embed organizational design principles and disciplines, in particular within Company’s strategic planning cycle and within Company’s change programs • Provide change agent consultancy support to senior leadership and project teams on methodology including design / implementation of appropriate workshops • Develop and deliver a capability transfer strategy of organizational design to key audiences including HR, internal change agents and project leads • Coach individual HR Managers, leaders and internal change agents in change initiatives where organizational design is a key component. • Ensure organizational design methodology and discipline works collaboratively with workforce planning and is congruent with the company’s ways of working • Implement a rigorous audit process of organisational design activities
