Outsourcing Manager | Leading Pharma Organisation | Switzerland,

A global Pharma organisation with an excellent product pipeline is urgently seeking to recruit an Outsourcing Manager to ensure that external vendor services are procured according to project needs and to manage the contracting of clinical study activities at an international level.

The Outsourcing Manager will be responsible for:

* leading the CRO selection process by preparing Request for Proposal packages (incl detailed specifications for contract activities to include country-specific issues, reviewing and providing cost comparisons for all received proposals),
* negotiating budget and contract terms,
* monitoring contract performance and budget/invoicing,
* supporting the development and updating the contract templates.

To be considered, the right candidate will have the following skills/background:

* experience with clinical research/CRO,
* good understanding of project management principles,
* strong contractual awareness,
* excellent communication skills with strong emphasis in negotiating.
