Stewardship Manager

Our Client, a leading Agrochemicals manufacturer, seeks a Stewardship Manager In this role you will manage the stewardship approach process for the Development Committee (DeCo) sign-offs at stage C promotion, release to first sales of new active ingredients and new formulations. You will manage, develop and report Company's Adverse Health Incident (AHI) management and reporting system for product usage related incidents. In addition you will manage the Stewardship Global Communications through the Stewardshipcommunity.com website. Your main tasks include: • Set the framework for applying the criteria for the Stewardship sign offs at the DeCo and Regional DeCos. • Prepare the approach process for the Stewardship Sign-off at the DeCos • Monitor the alignment of the Regional and Global DeCo positions. • Monitor AHIs reported in the AHI data base and support Medical Stewards in managing incidents, and in collecting and reporting information relevant for potential stewardship action. • Monitor the needs of the global AHI data base users and adapt the system accordingly. • Provide AHI reports internally and externally in support of company products. • Support, develop and guide the network of specialists involved in the AHI initiative across Company’s business, in particular Medical Stewards and regional key personnel (medical, stewardship, regulatory) • Manage the development and impact of Stewardshipcommunity.com as the vehicle for Company’s thought leadership in the area. • Determine the future needs of the global business with regard to AHI management and reporting for regulatory and stewardship purposes
