Company: Our client is a successful contact centre specialized in marketing, call centre and consulting services. They have their Swiss head office in Geneva, Switzerland and they are now hiring Flemish and Dutch speakers to support their French, German and English speaker clients.

Role: As a member of this team you will support calls, emails and client requests from customers in Europe. The role will involve the development of telephonic marketing campaigns (event promotion, database creation, appointments setting, etc...), promotional sales and client retention campaigns.

Skills: The ideal candidate will speak native level French with fluent English and German. Ideally you will possess 1-3 years previous outbound sales experience having dealt with customers in a business or consumer environment.
