Duties and responsibilities:

Answers routine and specialized inquiries from training participants regarding training courses and schedules

• Responds to all inquiries using standard templates and procedures
• Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries
• Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
• Inform participants about services available and assesses customer needs
• Works with vendors and other third party sources to coordinate (non-) technical inquiries
• Schedules work to ensures accurate service coverage; monitors priority of tickets and shifts escalated tickets to assure resolution to problems
• Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input
• Back up for Learning Administrator

Requirements:

- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in administrative work
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage time based on business needs
- Good organization skills with attention to detail and ability to follow through
