• Help clients make the bridge between strategy and implementation, by aligning leadership goals with supporting processes, technology and organization structures. • Offer services that include the following core areas: Business Transformation, Strategic Alignment, Performance Management, Business Case Development, Operational Excellence and Post-merger Integration. • Lead work streams in complex/challenging projects, working on-site with functional and cross-functional client teams, and managing small teams to ensure high-quality project delivery while building strong relationships with client executives and middle managers. • Contribute to developing/expanding our firm’s market presence at our key accounts by identifying new opportunities where we could add value within our clients’ organization. • Play a supporting role in market-focused activities, including the development of proposals and client presentations, as well as the development of innovative marketing materials. • Work in collaboration with BST colleagues across our Swiss practice, and with our colleagues in EMEA, to strengthen our solution offerings and their positioning in the marketplace.
