Application Test Team Lead (ATTL)

Elan Resource the world's leading IT and T Recruitment Company is looking for an Application Test Team Lead (ATTL) for one of our clients in Zurich. We are interested in a candidate who would be keen to work in an international company and working environment. Start is asap for 6 months with a possible extension.

The ATTL reports to VISTA Test Manager and Application Lead for the client owned application integration test (AIT), system test (ST) activities and
- is responsible for AIT and ST test plan
- leads the creation and execution of AIT & ST
- his responsibility includes staff who perform test design, implementation, execution, re-test and progress reporting
- ensures that staff perform defect management process
- plans and schedules test & re-test cycles for execution of test cases within an application increment
- coordinates fixing of defects with test cycles
- validates AIT & ST test cases and their implementation, assures an appropriate test automation coverage for AIT and ST test cases
- verifies completion of AIT & ST test cycles and their associated test records, including defect classifications
- coaches and supports customer testing staff
- escalates testing issues to the VISTA Defect Management Board

Fluent German is ESSENTIAL for this position!
