Enterprise Account Manager -Switzerland
You will manage direct end user relationships to deliver value based solutions which utilise System Protection & Network Protection Solutions, to the Corporate customers (> 1000 employees) in the German speaking part of Switzerland. Work with partners in big projects to close deals.
Primary Responsibilities
To exceed quarterly and annual targets.
Meet quarterly/annual sales quota objectives which constitute a growing percentage of the annual turnover.
Identify and resolve issues that impede the business relationship between my client and assigned accounts
Identifies and develops successful long-term opportunities and partnerships.
Manage all business relationships with accounts, and provide a focal point for day-to-day business issues.
Business planning to achieve revenue goals and define future developments in sales strategy.
Handle forecast and opportunity/pipeline reporting in time
Corporate with the internal channel/SE organization and our channel partners
Create opportunity plan and account plan for major accounts
Experience:
Demonstrable track record of high value sales to and through large organisations
Broad understanding of the various vertical markets
Detailed knowledge of IT - Security sector experience is an advantage
Must be experienced in networking - systems or storage
Understands how to work with integrity through an indirect sales channel model
Understanding of and demonstrable track record of utilising a recognised sales methodology
Fluent in English and German
A determined attitude to succeed
Perennial sales experience at C-level within the top 40 of Swiss corporate accounts
A self starter needing low level management time and attention to perform day to day responsibilities
Engages management at all levels within a named client base to enhance political alignment
Experienced, competent and comfortable with Board Level negotiations
Competent and experienced in the application of Target Account Selling (TAS) methodology or other Sales/Business methodologies (Miller Heiman, Powerbase, SPIN, JAWS)
Understands the market issues and trends affecting business and use of IT
Must be computer literate with email, Internet, word processing and spreadsheets ( CRM / Siebel - knowledge )
Diligent, self-motivated and results orientated individual with strong personal presence and excellent interpersonal
