IT Architect

Elan Resource the world's leading IT and T Recruitment Company is looking for an IT Architect for one of our clients in Zurich. We are interested in a candidate who would be keen to work in an international company and working environment. Start is asap for 6 months with a possible extension.

The IT Architect supports Lead Application Architect and
- supports Application Lead (AL) with estimates
- is responsible for the requirements & design of an application
- ensures that requirements are defined, unambiguous and allocated to components
- specifies the application external interfaces and interfaces between Function Groups (FG)
- specifies, agrees, documents and communicates design decisions
- is responsible for specification of the component model, i.e. the "internal" design of one or more FGs and associated class diagrams / data models
- is responsible for technical content of deliverables from application team members, including Application Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Data Specialists
- supports in scoping and specifying Application Increments
- reviews requirements, including use cases & business rules
- participates in verification reviews of initial Functional Integration Test (FIT) and Unit Test (UT) specifications
- participates in verification reviews of completed & implemented FIT and UT test specifications
- supports validation of completed & implemented FIT and UT test specifications
- participates in some code reviews and guides the lead developers
- supports the Design Authority Board
- supports change requests and preparation of development estimates.

Fluent German is ESSENTIAL for this position!
