German Credit Control, Customer Service

Company: Our client is a leading IT company with offices in London, Frankfurt and Dublin. They specialize in providing Educational IT services to companies in Europe. Known as a leader in their field they are now developing their German service offering.

Role: You will work as part of the German Credit and Customer Service team. It is your responsibility to raise invoices and receipts, to keep track of payments, to make outbound and inbound calls. Correspondence with customers will happen on by phone or mail in order to create a positive relation.

Skills: You will speak native level German, with fluent English. Furthermore you know how to communicate with various management levels as well internal as external. You posses good analytical skills and know how to use Word and Excel and some CRM software. Previous experience in collections, customer service will be considered an advantage.
