Hours

9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday No Weekends!!!!!

Overview of Role:

The role of the New Market Executive combines both elements of Marketing, Sales and Customer support for your specific language market.

You will initially be required to take the lead in the translation of our clients website for their specific market and then assist in the identification and development of advertising opportunities.

On an ongoing basis you will act as the main contact point for all customer support calls from their Market and be responsible for the growth in sales of the Companies products and services.

Key Duties Involve:

Translating and maintaining the content of the New Market website.
Assisting in the development and management of advertising opportunities.
Taking inbound calls and answering customer emails ensuring that they are being answered & dealt with in a timely & professional manner
Taking ownership for customer queries / comments / complaints as necessary & providing
solutions or answers for these in accordance with company guidelines
Building long-term relationships with customers through the delivery of positive service &
solutions.

Key Skills Required Include:

Complete written and verbal fluency in your specified language (Hebrew) and English
High level of IT Literacy– as the role requires work with Ms Word and Ms Excel plus
communications via email & the frequent use of internal systems
Good interpersonal & communication skills - which will enable the agent to deal with each
customer in a positive & effective manner & handle all manner of situations.
Excellent organisational skills – the position requires an ability to multi-task & excellent time
management skills to ensure all deadlines are met
A good sense of customer service – the position is well suited to individuals who have a desire to provide good service to the customer on behalf of the company & have the commitment & drive to ensure all customer expectations are met, & exceeded.
Relevant sales and marketing experience, possible marketing degree
Self Motivated and target driven

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary Starting at £17,000 (to be reviewed after 3 months £££)
