3RD LINE SUPPORT ANALYST

This well established company is looking for a 3rd line technical support analyst.
The role will be to provide support to clients infrastructures and maintaining high availability through proactive measures.
Resolving complex server issues from other internal departments by administration and troubleshooting problems.
The successful candidate will have strong previous experience in 3rd line support and strong server/infrastructure support supporting multiple servers and clients.
Excellent troubleshooting and support experience of Active Directory, Citrix, IIS is essential and a good understanding of web site/infrastructure technology is also needed.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with DNS, Veritas technologies, be MCSE or CCNA certified and have a good knowledge of ITIL standards.
Strong previous client facing experience would also be advantageous.
