Business analyst

I am currently representing a number of leading; London based financial software providers who are currently looking for skilled Business analysts. They are permanent roles all to be based in the London area, although expenses paid travel to their Northern Europe & other UK offices will be required on an ad-hoc basis.

The purpose of your role is to take responsibility for effectively managing client relationships with a focus on integrating the software into their current business practices.

Your duties will include:

*Spec out and validate customizations.
*Assist in the delivery and evaluation of software enhancements and upgrades.
*Document client issues and customisation requests in an organised and detailed manner.
*Ensure client satisfaction by managing software requests, questions, and issues in a timely fashion.
*Discuss business processes with clients, ranging from Accountants to CFOs.
*Apply working knowledge of various fund structures to specific client scenarios.
*Be aware and investigate potential opportunities for account growth and new business.
*Formulate a comprehensive project plan and effectively manage the implementation timeline.
*Analyse transactional data, general ledgers, and financial statements to understand the current client structure.

Your skills should include:

*Previous relevant work experience, including, but not limited to private equity, accounting, finance another Private equity software solution provider related positions.
*Accounting (ACCA, AAT, Cima or equivalent)
*Relational databases (MS SQL Server and MS Access or Oracle).
*PC skills notably MS Office suite (MS Word & MS Excel).
*Report writing.
*General problem solving and methodical approach.
*Strong management & communication skills.
*Experience with one or more of the following is essential; FrontInvest, FrontVenture, Frameworks, Investran or TNR Solution.
