CDM Co-ordinator – Construction – London City

Now available is a new opportunity for a CDM Co-ordinator based in London City.
Working within a team, this is a chance to join a large UK firm and work on some of the most prestigious projects currently running.

Remuneration
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits

The Company
My client is based in London City with a wide and diverse range of projects ranging from £150,000 refurbishment plans up to £30 million new build of commercial offices. This will provide a fresh challenge for someone with the relevant experience. Alternatively if you are looking to join a consultancy which can assure you of work now but also in the near future with a number of on going projects this will certainly be of interest to you.

The Role
The suitable candidate should have an excellent ethic towards teamwork as you will be required to work alongside your colleagues in teams aiming to meet deadlines.

You must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of the CDM Regulations and have proven track record in providing solutions to typical issues that can arise on site. You should ideally have 5 years experience in the construction sector and a NEBOSH certificate in construction.

You will be predominately office based in London City however you will be required to visit sites on an ad hoc basis

Summary of Requirements

• Ideally 5 years CDM Coordinator experience in the construction industry
• Memberships of IOSH and/or APS are desirable
• Excellent knowledge of CDM Regulations
• NEBOSH Certificate
