This is an interesting and exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor to drive forward HR strategy through taking responsibility for project developments within the HR function. You’ll effectively manage the recruitment process and play a pivotal role in aligning policies and practices whilst ensuring company discipline; grievance and welfare procedures are implemented.

A CIPD qualified professional is required with a background within the Manufacturing or Engineering arenas. A forward thinking and creative style and approach is needed if the candidate is to be successful within the role as the environment is fast-paced and often requires a level of adaptability. You’ll have proven ability to drive the development and implementation of the HR Policies in line with the business requirements.
