Implementation consultant

I am currently representing a number of leading; London based financial software providers who are currently looking for skilled Implementation consultants. They are permanent roles all to be based in the London area, although expenses paid travel to their Northern Europe & other UK offices will be required on an ad-hoc basis.

The purpose of your role is support to the full range of post sales activities. These will involve implementation support; including product installation & configuration. Data conversion activities usually need to be undertaken as well as user training.

Your duties will include:

*Analysis of client's business processes & system requirements.
*Customising the product using meta-data.
*Managing client engagements over the life-cycle of the project via formal meetings and project documents.
*Liaise with development staff for any enhancement requests or bespoke development.
*Application testing and reconciliation activities.
*Conduct formal product training.

Your technical skills should include:

*Accounting (ACCA, AAT, Cima or equivalent)
*Previous experience working with in the Private equity market in a similar customer focused role.
*Relational databases (MS SQL Server and MS Access or Oracle).
*PC skills notably MS Office suite (MS Word & MS Excel).
*Report writing.
*General problem solving and methodical approach.
*Strong management & communication skills.
*Experience with one or more of the following is essential; FrontInvest, FrontVenture, Frameworks, Investran or TNR Solution.

(Some skills are not essential but it is essential that you have exposure to the Private equity market in a similar role and have knowledge of one or more of the Private equity software solutions mentioned above).
