MS Dynamics CRM Consultant

We need to expand our CRM operational team to support our growth plans and are looking to employ a number of additional CRM implementation consultants to work with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application. Specific experience with this product is desirable for this role, however, candidates with implementation experience with other CRM products will be considered for cross-training.

The ideal candidates will be customer focused, self-managing, proactive, highly motivated, and ambitious and goal driven. They should be comfortable working on their own initiative as well as part of a team. They should be career focused and looking to grow with the company.

This varied role encompasses all stages of the project life-cycle including

pre-sales support

business analysis and requirements definition

specification and customisation

Training

Post implementation support

Applicants will ideally have a proven and demonstrable consulting and implementation track record with MS Dynamics CRM or other CRM solutions.

Full product training will be provided, where required

Experience of implementing CRM solutions (preferably Dynamics CRM)

Professional, articulate and presentable

Excellent personal management and interpersonal skills

Confident in a client facing environment

Excellent verbal and report writing skills
