The Background

This well established leading UK consultancy services organisation are currently seeking a dynamic Recruitment Team Leader to support the department and become a key figure in maintaining the efficiency of the Recruitment Service function. This is an exciting opening, as it will give you the opportunity to lead a team of Recruitment Administrators and develop their skills and experiences whilst contributing to the overall success of the business

The Role

You’ll enjoy an operational team leader role, coaching and developing the Recruitment Administration team to meet the service levels and needs of the business. You’ll contribute to the development and improvement of Recruitment processes and procedures to ensure a quality service is delivered to the business. All other team management responsibilities will be included, as you will need to ensure that the team continues to achieve at the highest level within the business.

The Person

You’ll have previous experience of managing a Recruitment team with the ability to coach and motivate individuals to achieve required results. You must be assertive and demonstrate the ability to give feedback and interact with employees at all levels. With experience of working within an operational environment you’ll have the ability to drive continuous improvement activities within the team.
