Experience of SAP CRM Security
Experience of SAP Security to an administrative level.
Excellent communication skills.
Well organised, methodical and disciplined approach, understanding the relationship between user training, system security and user access to systems.
Good understanding of Business Processes in the CRM environment and the relationship with SAP functionality.
Preferably, an understanding of the capabilities of GRC software tool for supporting the application of security policies within the SAP system.
Ability to liaise with other internal SAP support teams and suppliers to enable effective problem determination and resolution.
Willingness to work outside standard working hours if incident resolution requires
Local Government or Public Sector experience
