SAP HR CONSULTANT

This well known consultancy is looking for SAP HR Consultants to work on a variety of implementations projects. It is a customer facing role involving full life cycle implementations, typically working on customer/client sites with the project team.
Dependant on the level of experience of the candidate the role may involve team leading, workshop facilitation, process re-design and the design, configuration and testing of SAP HR.
You will be required to liaise with the client to understand and capture there requirements, you will also re-engineer HR processes in line with SAP best practice.
Another key accountability will be to configure SAP, produce the assigned deliverable and to test them ensuring that they meet customer requirements.
All candidates require a minimum of 3 years experience in SAP HR configuration.
UK or European SAP HR implementation experience is a must along with modular experience of ESS and MSS, e-recruitment, e-forms, Personnel development, Training and Events and Personnel Administration.
Previous client facing experience is essential whether it is internal or external client facing.
Any previous experience in implementing e-learning would be advantageous as is a SAP HR certification.
The role requires full mobility in the UK.
