SAP HR ESS MSS CONSULTANT

As a Senior Consultant in our SAP practice who specializes in HR ESS/MSS, You'll work with clients to understand and define the business strategy in order to align and deliver BearingPoint solutions, leveraging SAP's HR/HCM suite - and specifically the design and delivery of ESS/MSS functionality. You'll use your full life-cycle implementation experience and highly-developed business acumen to engage the client, lead and collaborate with both technical and functional project teams, interact with business users, deliver quality solutions. Your experience and product/integration knowledge of multiple HR modules will be critical in successful delivery. You'll work alongside some of the most knowledgeable practitioners in the industry, and have the opportunity to learn and expand your as well as mentor and lead others.

In historically evaluating successful team members in this position, we've found that a minimum of 5 years of overall SAP experience is required for this role. More specifically:

* At least 3 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ESS / MSS HR functionality
* A minimum of 2 full-lifecycle SAP HR implementation projects with ESS / MSS sub-components on v 4.7
* 2 years of practical experience in an SAP consulting or professional services capacity utilizing implementation methodology
* At least 2 SAP HR implementations involving multiple HR modules (e.g. Payroll, OM/PA)
* Design experience with ESS benefits enrollment is a desirable, but not required
* Practical experience utilizing ASAP methodology and toolsets in at least 2 projects
* Demonstrated success in a consulting atmosphere: information gathering, needs assessment, analysis, proposal, design, delivery, go-live. Minimum of 2 years of professional services experience
