Operations Manager

An Operations Manager is required by a leading engineering and design consultancy within the nuclear sector to enhance new business in the South West.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an excellent company that fully supports career progression.

The successful candidate will be responsible for up to 50 staff and to ensure financial and non-financial targets are met.
Maintaining and developing client relationships will also be key while proactively marketing the services of the Client and winning work!

The perfect candidate must be able to ensure safe operation and management of the office delivery of P&L staff and business development.

Experience of the nuclear industry and business management within a commercial organisation is essential and a related degree would be advantageous.

The role offers a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 with a full package.
