Salary: £17,750- 20,500+ plus approx. £3,000 for night shifts
Qualification: Various including Social Work, Social Pedagogy – and other relevant qualifications

Description: 3 small family-like homes looking after a total of 9 young people/teenagers. All clients are teenagers with very complex needs e.g. one trans-sexual, two boys with severe Aspergers Syndrome.
The clients are not violent but have sexualized behavior. Excellent training provided. It is possible to increase your skills and learn a lot working with this small and friendly employer.
The senior position would require you leading a shift, taking full responsibility for the management of the home in the absence of the registered manager and, among other things, to take over communication with young peoples’ relatives, registration and inspection bodies and service providers to the Centre.
The homes are located in the Forest of Dean:
30 miles from Bristol (population: 380,000), international airport
30 miles from the historical city of Bath (150,000), historic and beautiful city
