You will be managing a vibrant and successful telesales / telemarketing team that is taking the French market by storm. You will manage a team of 10 -15 sales people that are targeted to make appointments for IT companies. You will perform 1-2-1\\\'s, set targets, motivate the team, be involved in the recruitment and train all staff.

The right French Telesales Manager / French Telemarketing Manager will have experience in managing a french telesales or telemarketing team. You will have managed more than 8 people and will be use to working towards targets.
