The role
Working with our markets in Sweden, you must make sure that all daily processing of invoices are completed to the highest standards. This will comprise the posting and reconciliation of a high volume of vendor and third party invoices and statements. Working closely with vendors, you must also make sure that all bookings are made in line with our policies and procedures and any queries are resolved quickly. In addition, you must ensure that J-Sox controls are in place and compliance adhered to in order to meet internal/external audit standards.

What were looking for
Already possessing some experience of an accounts payable department, youll be able to demonstrate good SAP R3 knowledge, together with Word, Outlook and Excel skills. Highly organised in your approach, youll be able to work well as a member of a committed team and have lots of natural initiative. Fluent in English with a good understanding of the Swedish / Norwegian language.
