Italian Customer Service Advisor Manchester City Centre £12,500 + Bonus

Our Client based in Manchester are currently seeking a Full time Customer Service Assistant to join their large fun and friendly team.

This exciting opportunity will find you involved with the processing of bookings, reservations, customer orders, data entry and the processing of payments.

Your varied duties will involve:

Inputting orders received telephone.
Input and reconciliation of payments received in respect of orders.
Carry out routine correspondence and enquiries by telephone
Maintain customer and delivery address records, and other demographic details.
Other duties and projects as assigned by the operations manager
The post holder may be designated to the Client Contact for one or more clients, as designated by the line manager.
Reporting to the Reservations Manager you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Accuracy, attention to detail and good telephone manner are essential.

As the successful candidate ideally you will be from an office/customer service/sales background and will have excellent bilingual customer service skills coupled with a good level of IT literacy and excellent data entry skills.
