Location Belfast (UK) Start date: November 16th Salary ô13/14k Description: A customer service position for a native Dutch speaker with fluency in English is now opened in a leading company based in Belfast. Duties: - Handling inbound and outbound calls - Solving customer queries Requirements: - Native/fluent Dutch speaker with fluency in English - Experience in customer service/call center environment is highly preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills - Flexible and able to work on a rotational base (evening and weekend included) Education: - high school education or equivalent - I.T. certification such as MCDST, CCENT, ACMT Relocation Package: - Flight up to ô 150 - 2 weeks accommodation in Hotel - Taxi from airport -Taxi to work 1st day
