Responsibilities:
• Deals with customer enquiries by telephone and email etc. in a friendly, responsive and efficient manner
• Focuses on the customer to ensure that absolute ownership is assumed during every customer contact
• Ensures that the highest levels of quality and honesty are maintained through adherence to agreed processes and Service Level Agreements
• Proactively seeks ways to improve both own and the teams standards of customer service delivery
• Actively engages in your approach to ongoing learning to ensure sufficient knowledge to excel in the role
• Participates as an enthusiastic and supporting member of a highly focused customer service team
• Identifies up/cross selling opportunities and educates the customer on all possible options/items of interest.
• Focuses on helping customers find alternative products/solutions when they request to cancel an existing subscription.
• Maintains focus on actively retaining existing customers.

SKILLS

Essential Criteria:
• Fluent in written and spoken French / Dutch / Flemish
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Customer Focus - 6 months previous experience in a Customer Service environment
• Specialist Expertise - Experience in Microsoft Office and Internet
• Working with others - Demonstrates experience of working in a team based environment supporting the team in achieving the highest quality standards and takes an active role in generating team morale
• Planning & Organising - Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload
• Effective Communication - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Resilience - Demonstrates resilience and ability to work on own initiative
• Problem Solving - Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Responsibility for Results - Demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of software, wireless routers and computer networks.
• Experience in a 3rd language
