Role: Opportunities now exist at their Belfast operations centre to support their European customer base. As a member of the Dutch technical customer service team you will work on specific client projects delivering world-class solutions. Present opportunities are for entry-level Dutch professionals who are keen to gain experience in a company that will provide excellent training and a platform from which you can start your customer service/ technical support career.

Skills: Ideally you will be native-level fluent Dutch with excellent English. Experience of working with customers via telephone or face-to-face is an advantage. Good knowledge of Cisco.
