Our client, a large multinational company, is seeking to recruit a number of Swiss-German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for the offices based in Glasgow.
Job Role
The Customer Service Representative will be required to work in any area of the Call Centre in order to meet our clients internal and external customer business needs.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
Handling inbound and outbound call requests of various types.
Committed to Customer service in conjunction with continuous improvements.
Acts with a sense of urgency to ensure deadlines are met.
Ability to prioritise own workload and work on initiative.
Excels in delivering Customer Satisfaction.
Continually strives for process simplification.
Encourages sharing of knowledge and best practices.
Builds relationships across work groups and organisations.
Keeps resources focussed on responding to Customer needs.
Encourages and serves as a role model for personal and professional growth.
Takes ownership of personal development.
Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with values and standards.

Displays a flexible approach as job rotation may be required.
The Candidate
Must be fluent in English as well as Swiss-German
Clear and precise communicator with good questioning and listening skills
Use of own initiative, Positive outlook, Commitment to task in hand
Mature responsible attitude, Willingness to accept challenges, Enthusiastic and resourceful.
Professional and businesslike, Team player.
Please note: The Call Centre conducts business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Although only some of the businesses are staffed during those hours, others operate mainly day hours. You should be flexible, available and willing to work the hours required of you.
Additional Information
Salary: 14-15k
Relocation allowance of 300 as well as a 400 housing deposit loan
Temporary accommodation will be provided on a room only basis and paid for up to a maximum of 11 nights stay if required
