My client is looking for an Arabic speaking legal secretary to provide administrative support to a small team of managers. The Arabic speaking legal secretary will have to do the typing of correspondence, assisting in full range of administrative duties, maintaining the filing system, diary management, travel arrangements etc.

Profile:
Fluency in English and Arabic to mother tongue standard
Solid secretarial experience incl. diary management & travel arrangement
Good MS Office skills
Good typing skills
Excellent communication skills
Pro-active, able to prioritise, highly organised, flexible
Ability to work on own initiative
