Accounts Assistant (Swedish)

Due to continued growth and the establishment of a multi-lingual shared service centre we are now actively recruiting for talented and ambitious graduate calibre individuals to join our team.

In order to be successful with your application you will speak at least one of the following languages in addition to English( Dutch, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, French, Italian, Spanish, German)

The role itself is a multifaceted one supporting both the accounting and sales functions of a leading hi-tech business.

You will have excellent IT skills (SAP knowledge would be a massive advantage) as you will quickly need to get to grips with processes and systems and will have an immediate involvement in the month end accounting process.

In time you will become further involved in deadline driven activities including quarter and year end and will be able to deliver timely and accurate reports to both finance and sales.

Communication skills and a tenacious attitude are a must as you will need to deal with people worldwide and calculate and sometimes correct invoicing matters in a pressure driven environment.

You will be responsible for booking sales on SAP, will quickly gain product and pricing knowledge and prepare invoices in conjunction with internal sales and the customer with 100% accuracy. This will require excellent influencing skills and attention to detail
