Bilingual Credit Controller

PURPOSE OF ROLE

We have a fabulous opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our finance team in central London, focused with managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure cash collection for the company.

Key features of the role include:

Manage a portfolio of accounts in order to ensure cash collection

Ensuring that all accounts in their portfolio are actioned in a timely manner and escalated where necessary, by way of regular reviews with sales teams

Maintain and strengthen relationships with internal customers, including Credit Controllers, Sales and IGS, as well as external customers

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of a portfolio of accounts to include credit control and query resolution (75%)

Regular liaison with internal departments to provide updates or obtain information (20%)

Production of debtor reports and supporting with additional tasks as necessary (5%)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND BEHAVIOUR REQUIREMENTS

Thorough working knowledge of credit control and cash allocation in a multi currency environment

Working knowledge/experience in dealing with large volumes of items on any given account

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Strong communication and team working skills

Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish language skills
