Credit Controller

Seeking an experienced Dutch, French or German-speaking Credit Controller or Contractor Payroll Co-ordinator looking for excellent opportunities and a great working environment.

Managing the monthly payroll and working closely with our Senior Accountant and Service Delivery Manager, the main responsibilities include:

- Managing the timesheet inbox - Printing and matching all timesheets
- Raising Client invoices
- Checking contracts when generating invoices to ensure rates, dates and Purchase Order numbers are correct
- Filing all Purchase and Sales Ledger invoices
- Producing a payment schedule

- Loading all contractor payments using an on-line banking system
- Cross-referencing payments loaded against the invoices processed on the payment schedule
- Managing the payments of all Private Leger Invoices and Consultants company expenses
- Entering cash onto Sage
- Completing reconciliations
- Credit control
- Query resolution (Contractor, Client and Consultant)
- Working with the Director to ensue commission is paid correctly to the consultants

The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail. This is an extremely diverse role, so the ability to work under pressure is an advantage. You will be the first point of contact with regard to all payment queries, so excellent customer service skills are vital. We strive to keep our Clients, contractors and colleagues happy.

Experience in Sage is an advantage, but not vital training will be provided.
