Dutch Speaking Multi Lingual Customer Relations Advisors

We are recruiting a new team of Dutch speaking Customer Relations Advisors to support our new customer base in Holland. Its an exciting time for us, as we recruit for our ever expanding company.

Clear, concise communication, delivered in an upbeat, enthusiastic manner is key to satisfy customers, and this is exactly what we expect from our advisors. Youll be responsible for providing a high quality service, at all times, through clear communication both written and verbal. Youll ensure our brand is fully supported at all times and that all customer queries are resolved to the satisfaction of all.

Youll be fluent in Dutch and English. If you can converse to a professional standard in Chinese or Polish in addition, this would be ideal, but not essential. Youll be a patient, confident and articulate communicator, with the drive and motivation to achieve. Youll have demonstrable experience in planning and organising, working in a team effectively and excellent communications skills.
