German Legal Counsel

Our leading client is looking for an In-House German speaking Legal Counsel to support a subsidiary company who they have recently acquired. This role will mainly utilise British law but will also require German language skills due to their business having considerable dealings with the German market.

This roles main function is to provide legal support to our client's daily operation, (particularly for its EMEA business) on all its day to day activities and ensuring it complies with applicable local and international laws. Experience of enforcing policies and procedures and ensuring Sarbanes Oxley compliance is essential.

Having a business focus, your main skills will lie in commercial law (including IP, Information, IT and contract law). Due to the particular industry this company works in, a knowledge of Maritime law would also be of distinct advantage. You will speak fluent English and German and will be a confident communicator at all levels within a business.

Based in Bracknell or London (flexibility to travel between both locations is essential), this role is commutable from locations such as Reading, Henley-on-Thames, Slough, Marlow, Bracknell and Ascot. Please apply via this website to be considered for this role.
