Do you speak fluent English and Russian?
Do you have at least one year experience of assisting customers on the phone?

Working within a busy, vibrant contact centre you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers, assisting them with a variety of queries. You will be allocated a shift pattern that incorporates some early, late and weekends. This would suit a person who enjoys dealing with people over the phone, who is naturally polite, professional and helpful. Full training is given and you will also enjoy a large benefits package as well as excellent long term career prospects.
