Account Manager

We need someone special to join our team of account managers, based on Brick Lane in London to tailor and sell our upmarket villa holidays to our demanding clients.

Special for us means being self-assured, socially confident, open minded, comfortable with wealth, assertive, creative, curious and proactive.

You should be all of those things, not to mention warm, happy, open, humorous, helpful, charming and engaging. It is likely that you will also be a graduate, extensively travelled, and well spoken.

If you have previous sales experience that would be good. If you dont, and you are high on influencing skills and are a confident communicator, we will teach you all the sales skills you will need. We will also provide you with complete product training, including regular visits to our villas in Sicily.

You do not need previous experience in the travel industry, though you must be able to demonstrate all the above qualities when speaking and writing English and Italian and preferably one other language (French, German or Russian). We are extremely proud of our rock solid reputation for service and customer care so you will need to be able to show us a genuine, collaborative selling style.

This role has a starting salary range of 21k - 24k plus a generous sales incentive to reward success.
