A prestigious wholesaler/tour operator is looking for a Japanese speaking Operations Consultant to join their team and be responsible for processing request letters for clients travelling from the Far East.

Duties:
Pushing the hotels for their response and sending the information to offices
Assisting with hotel booking requests which received on a daily basis from offices in Hong Kong/Bangkok/Beijing etc via in-house computer system
Assisting with checking rates
Dealing with amendments and cancellations as required

Candidates must have previous work experience in the travel industry, friendly and efficient telephone manner. You have to be able to negotiate rates and work under pressure and willingness to meet deadlines.
A sound knowledge of European geography and currencies is required.
