Commission Lead (Management Consultancy)

A Commission Lead of Management Consultancy is required to work at the largest built asset consultancy in the UK. This company is owned by an experienced and successful partnership and are looking to appoint an individual who can take responsibility for the highest quality of service in Management Consultancy and to develop new and existing relationships with clients. You must have previous management consultancy experience in order to apply.

They are seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual with a track record in management consultancy, to assert their consultancy, as their clients' most trusted advisors. The role involves independent management of consulting project (from sale/deal closure to successful delivery and knowledge capture). Sales targets will drive the successful candidate in specific sectors. You will be involved in continuous development of consulting product lines and sector-specific offerings design, the positioning and sale support of complex business solutions integrating complementary professional disciplines and have permanent accountability for people/team development.

The successful applicant will assume the role of Commission Lead of Management Consultancy The role requires you have a management consultancy, project management and change implementation background, have key skills in team leadership & people management, account & business development, stakeholder & client management and be self-assured in business case development & delivery.

Please note you must have previous management consultancy experience and be eligible to work in the UK.

The company are located in modern and stylish offices at King's Cross, with good transport links to North London, South London and the home counties. The role offers £75,000 - £95,000 plus excellent package and further training and development.
